On the other hand, no AC adapter for the New 3Ds was indeed a bit of a jerk move as that's proprietary.

Actually Nintendo started not including AC adaptors in Japan. It's still a really stupid thing tho no matter where it started. Can you imagine the heat Sony and Microsoft would get if they didn't include power cables even tho they are now both standard C7/C8 cables?

I'm a little concerned that it will be a 100+ hour game like Skyrim and Fallout after seeing the second trailer. I try to stay away from those types of games these days.

Oh, I noticed some choppiness in the version of the trailers in the live stream of The Game Awards. I thought that was just a problem with the live stream. I didn't realise till now that was an issue versions Nintendo posted also. :/

Is anyone else very reluctant to buy Wii U and 3DS games at the moment? I want to buy some VC titles and some Wii U and 3DS download version of physical games but since we don't know how backwards compatibility will work with the Switch I don't want to spend any of my money now.

January 12th press conference, the console comes out in March. Honestly I haven't preordered because it's been confirmed by a dev that Nintendo is planning 2 storage sku's again. I want to get whatever the higher storage option is, so it seems like everyone that's preordered already will lose their place in line when they need to redo their preorder for either the high storage sku or the budget sku.

Bayonetta 2 tempted me but I still feel betrayed by the exclusivity.
