That gun mode looks... um... different. I guess you didn't want to keep his wingaling kibble.

The only improvement I could think of is to somehow make his optics red.

Or yellow, as per the original G1 toy and in the G1 comics.

it's fantastic the robot mode is awesome but I never liked that whole tear line look on him though. Any ways where are the articulate hands from. What I mean is are they a gundam's hand or are they from another transformer?

To me they look like they're from a Binaltech or Alternator Transformer.
I'd like to see someone make a Classics coloured G1 Megatron now! (via photoshop of course, no need to waste a G1 Megatron with those ghastly clown colours ;p)
