That's good stuff DD. Keep it up. Very solid. Just re-edit it to make it go for 5-6 minutes and let certain parts breath and go for longer.

I've missed a tonne of this style of chill-out. Ever since chill-out it all turned acoustic alternative. There is a saving grace with a UK indie label called i-Label who is harking back to the early halcyon days of chillout with more balearic stylings when it was at it's gorgeous as a sunset/sunrise peak.
