Theoretically, Blurr's 'manner of speech' is exactly the same as it was in the UK comics, so if we could understand it as nine year-olds surely we should be able to manage it now. But sadly, Zander Cannon has filled Blurr speech bubbles up to overflowing with repetitive verbal diarrhoea rather than meaningful dialogue. Oh well - presumably Blurr won't have anywhere near as much to say in the rest of the story as he got in the first three pages of this issue anyway.
I think "bad editing work by Tipton" is a tautology in much the same way as "good editing work by Tipton" would be an oxymoron.![]()
