Yeah, the head doesn't look right, not only because it's small, but also because it's a bit off-position.
The styles between the head and body don't really match either - however, I wasn't trying to draw an "anime / manga style" head, it just came out that way because that's how I learnt to draw faces.
I might try again with another MOTU character, since I had already gone over the drawing with a pen before I posted it.
