    Default Yet another custom classics Thundercracker

    I'm sure everyone's done one or at least seen one... the main point to this is showing the before and after.
    My first attempt was with using spray paint. The paint went on fine but in person it looked too dark and bugged me ever after.

    So I re-painted him by hand

    Now his joints are all gummed up and I doubt I will ever transform him into jet-mode. At least he looks nice on the shelf.

    Erm you forgot to paint the missles in the same new hue of blue there.
    I kinda prefer the darker blue - its like his G1 toy color....

    ha, would you believe i ran out of paint cleaner and haven't bought any more yet?
    they are on my to do list but frankly i've had enough of working on this fig for the moment.
