They're not Robot Heroes. I'm not sure what they are.

They look snazzy, better poses than the Robot heroes too.
I believe the ones in the second photo are rotocasts. The ones in the first photo look solid though.

Try inserting his key or swinging his sword arm. If there's no sound, see if he has a battery cover you can open and then see if there are batteries installed. It's possible that the South Korean version you have ditched the electronics like the US one did.

Does it? I only bought the Takara version, so I didn't know. I knew the US version was crippled in some way, so I assumed it was the electronics, but I guess I might have been thinking about the floppy sword and wing plastic.

    I have both.

The only differences are in the paint jobs and Hasbro's VP wings being more rubbery.

Personally, I think that Hasbro's Vector Prime is rather good - It's not show accurate but it does have a nice paint job overall.

As Kup mentioned, it's just the paint apps and the plastic used on certain parts... all the electronics remain on both versions of Hasbro's Cybertron/Galaxy Force releases of VP (the gold and the white one).

The only ones that were 'crippled' were the latest Universe redeco (brown/black) version of VP and Botcon Alpha Trion - they both had their electronic gimmicks removed.
