Phone game compatability

Howdy gang,

I am in the market for a new cheap phone and was looking at the Nokia E63. Now I have a .jar game file that I want to run on it, does anybody know if it will work?

Java (.jar) is a bit of a black art. While it initially promised "deploy once, run anywhere", that's been far from the reality of it. You really need to find out the compatibility of the SPECIFIC .jar file you have.

Which I've been trying to get for every phone I've had in the last three years.....

I changed from Telstra to Vodafone, and though Telstra have it for Blackberry Bold, Vodafone don't have it at all. Now the Blackberry App World has been released in Australia, I thought I'd finally get it but when I went to purchase it it says it's not available for my carrier. I swear it'll be 2015 before I finally get a chance to play it.

I ended up getting a Nokia E63 and the game, but the game doesn't fit the screen size properly............

It is due for a release on iPhone/other touch phones soon.
