Default From TFW2005: Botcon 2010 digibashes

Kurdt's Digibash of Cyclonus thread reminded me of a post I saw on TFW2005 that I wanted to share.

    http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/transf...igibashes.html

The digi-basher there imagined Cyclonus as Triggerhappy too (different colours though), but also as Needlenose, Space Case, Strafe (cyberjet), Slipstream, Swoop and Devcon!

It's a long post, but it's full, IMHO of fantastic repaint ideas. Pretty sure I'd buy every one of these repaints/tools if Hasbro/Takara/Fan Publications actually released them.

I remember these - after last year's disaster, OTFCC should sit up and take notice of what a great BotCon set could be. Any of these would be great.

Breakdown from set 2 and police Sunstreaker from set 3 look like nice repaints.
    Hmmm...

    Obligatory "I prefer MY Triggerhappy"!

I did a search for Triggerhappy custom on google and came back with nothing, so i hadn't seen him or the others.. i do like a lot of them, Chromedome is awesome, and i'd love that Dinobot set, Grimlock especially!

Gnaw done from bulkhead looks pretty sweet. The one I really like is Grimlock done from Universe Onslaught, he looks really chunky.

Ah, I remember spending a couple of hours reading that post a few weeks back. Most of his ideas are brilliant, leaving me with nothing but a fantasy of ever owning them.

Interesting to look back on it and see in his 'Far From Home' set he has Universe Jolt recoloured as Cop-tur.
