I think the fact the deluxe was an option at the time is probably more reason for its poor sales.

Yeah, I opened Legends Hound before going to bed last night -- the Legends has its merits, but the Deluxe is much gooder IMO.

Of course the deluxe one is gooder but if you keep the price scale in mind, they are about the same.

Legends Hound is like $5. That's how much I bought him for over a year ago - Deluxe Universe Hound is $25-$30.

toy scale still applies even with Ravage. Both toys are excellent but given the amount of engineering that goes at the different price scales, its not really fair to compare them 1 one 1 with or without Ravage.
