If you manage to get yourself a Kolinsky sable-hair brush that would be best. It is very soft and won't scratch already worn chrome and plastics.
Here is a supplier but most art stores should stock these.

Just go into any department store cosmetics section and look for makeup brushes. They also have useful stuff like files and nail varnish colours (chameleon colours even). If anyone asks just say this is for my gf![]()
has anyone tried a pastry brush? also highly recommended for cleaning keyboards![]()
sash brush used for cleaning electronics. they're even anti-static to protect your bot's spark!![]()
