I thought it was a bit suspicious that they're both from different sellers but pic's and description appears to be done by the same person

I'm sure it is the same person - they also use private listings for all their auctions (which are all knockoffs) so they probably shill bid as well as sell fake Transformers. Some people have absolutely no morals.
