I heard somewhere that you can't get him outside of the US, but I could be wrong.
I will only preorder it from EB or anywhere else if it has something better than just an extra character to play. Odds are they will have something, at least I hope. I'll still buy it when it comes out, providing I have something to play it on

I won't pre-order it. I will buy it once it's released internationally. I don't want to spend $110 for just one game while the rest of the world enjoys it for half the price or less.

Based on this statement there's actually not much incentive to pre-order.
He's only available to use in ONE mode of Multiplayer?
So we can't even use him in Team Deathmatch, Deathmatch etc.
