Steeljaw is a repainted Ravage with a collar I cut out from a game insert.

Roadbuster is a repainted Soundwave with Optimus's arms, a Seeker missile and Tankor's slightly trimmed head.

Alpha Trion was made from a Unicron head, Ironhide shoulders and everything else from Galvatron. The crest and cape are toothpaste tube cut outs.
He's probably the buffest version of Alpha

You must go through a fair bit of toothpaste!I think I'm going to start saving empty tubes myself, it seems to be pretty useful.

Battletrap!
He was made from Ultra Magnus legs, Mirage chest, Soundwave arms (with a repositioned left hand) and head, Megatron gun barrel and a strip of styrene.

Nova Prime is a real Frankenstein's monster...
His legs are Ultra Magnus, his crotch piece is from Jazz, torso, heads and arm from Optimus, wings from Unicron, and I can't remember where the hands are from.

Nightbeat is an Ultra Magnus torso and arms on Hot Rod's legs with Kickback's head and Seeker cannons as antenna.

He was made using a Unicron torso and legs, Hot Rod head, movie Springer shoulders and G1 Ironhide forearms.
He's a bit more streamlined than the supreme version - or as my son put it, "no butt flap".
