...because a lot of people aren't fond of a Transformer with no robot mode? Granted it was a bold and interesting concept... but I wasn't hugely fond of it. I do like Beast Changer though (I know he's not a Mutant Beast, but the concept is the same).

Well, if you want I can bring Poison Bite and Razorclaw along to this Sunday's meet in Parramatta if you're coming.

but congratulations finishing your BW collection is it all loose, boxed or a mixture?
    I've got 98 loose toys. 44 Originals, 10 Fuzors, 13 TM's, 17 TM2's, 1 BWII, 2 BW Neo, 1 Metals and 10 Reissues of different types.

I then have 27 sealed items, they are all show characters. I missing TM Optimus Primal and TM Op Op but I don't really feel like I need them.

TRANSFORMERS: DEICIDE -- The Beast Wars 20th Anniversary Comic Book series that could have been...
TRANSFORMERS: UNITY -- the BotCon 2016 Comic Book that should have been...

The Mutant Beasts have faces though. It's tragic that they although they cannot transform to robot mode, they still possess bizarrely misplaced heads! Plus, they're much cleverer than your average Beast Wars toy - it's much easier to design a toy that transforms from an animal to a randomly designed robot than it is to have one that goes from one recognisable animal to another one.

The Mutant Beasts were by far the best thing to come out of Hasbro in the year 2000.

Congrats, Verno. I know the feeling from when I finished US G1 a couple of years back. Strangely, I haven't moved onto another area of TFs, instead I buy the odd "upgrade" or "miscellany" (such as the remaining Minispies recently). There's nothing wrong with being "complete", it feels nice and is cheaper (:

    Eagerly waiting for Masterpiece Meister
