RotF Shadow Command Megatron with two upgrade kits - one had a new murder arm and left arm, but no shoulder, while the other had a slightly worse left arm and a shoulder, so I mashed them together.
Unfortunately the new left arm can't be hidden in alt mode - but when robot mode is this who wants to transform?
