Skyfall looks like he's cheering Wheelwave's death. And don't forget that although he was killed in the movie, he was made alive alive alive again a few years later since we see him in Transformers Victory! (albeit with an entirely different voice and personality... some kind of mental trauma from ressurection I suppose).
