    Default Will any import tax incur if buy a whole case off ebay?

    Hey guys wanna ask a question. Will any import tax or things of this nature incur if I buy a whole case of toys (factory sealed box with 10 DIFFERENT dcuc figures) from US ebay seller? Thank you for helping me out cuz I don't know about import at all.

    if its under $1000 aud then youll be fine

    i have been dealing with this myself over the last day or so, like blackie said if your under 1000 aud you'll be fine and wont have to worry about it

    if its over that it will get stopped at customs and from there they will send you a letter with the information that you need and what forms you need to fill out for them

    Yeah I found out that a couple of years ago when I bought some anime cels. Because on the customs declaration, it stated that they had a total value over US$900 I needed to pay the extra tax but I sort of fibbed and got away with it.

    Next time that ever happens. I will be asking to sent in multiple packages to lower the value.

    Customs specifically addresses that loophole with a clause paraphrased as "the total value of packages received in a 5-10 day period". So if you do do that, check the exact clause and space it out.
