I don't think it is a die-cast trailer... The box looks exactly the same as the normal MP-04 one. And I bought the latest reissue of MP-04 and it still has a plastic trailer.

Yeah - looks like a typo.
I agree that the trailer should be available separately. I got mine separately - I couldn't justify getting yet ANOTHER of the same Prime mould.
