King Bradley is actually a Homunculi, a soulless creature created from the remains someone attempting a Human Transmutation.
His differences are many:
He is not only a villain, but he also has no soul, lives off Philosopher's stones, cannot perform Transmutation's and instead his power comes from his Ouroboros tattoo.

Full Metal Alchemist really is a top series, I suggest giving it a go. The Manga it is based on is still running so the difference between the manga and anime is quite dramatic.

I'm afraid Roller lucked out on this one. Pulse gets major Kudos for finding out about the infamous Saw Viper unfortunately his source is technicaly wrong.

While 7 Joes died in the incident involving the Saw Viper, 3 of those Joes were killed when the vehicle they were esaping on was blown away by a Cobra armoured column. While the Saw Viper was there, he didn't actualy pull the trigger. The Saw Viper did however personaly kill the Joe medic Doc with a HMG burst at point blank range to the head, and then went on to mow down the Joes Thunder, Crankcase, and Heavy Metal who were all unarmed and traped in a ravine trying to shield thier comrades.

So yeah the Saw Viper was a really nice guy.
