Why is there a price difference between these two? They're the same except one is in different packaging and has different languages on the box?

EDIT: ~$65 with postage and getting the cheaper Starscream...

Ah i didn't see that cheaper one, nice find! It should be exactly the same, the robot packed one just came out later for some reason. The price discrepancy is probably because RK bought each stock at a different price initially.
