I was in Melbourne last night and not that many lights seemed to be off. I felt sorry for some of the workers in the South Gate food court because they were all standing around with no customers because they all closed in the minimal lighting.

Really? Huh. There was a concert in Fed Square and everything... but that would explain the half hearted approach.
