is it me or does everything on your list (apart from leader megatron) sounds like you are building your own custom devastator?
sorry i cant help cos the only one that i have spares of and can part with is cybertron landmine but paulbot already has that covered.
that universe/energon barricade is gonna be very pricey to get seeing as its also needed for the upcoming FP bruticus kit.
a quick google search says that toyhell has a KO energon/universe bruticus giftset for sale but at their price, you are better off chasing ebay for a legit one.
i'd be really interested to know if you ever find a way to build without using energon barricade.
