Satoshi Kon, Anime Filmmaker, Dies at 46

This is old news now, I only noticed when I saw his obituary in Time. Rather sad news for anyone who enjoyed his films. I rather liked his films Perfect Blue and Millenium Actress not to mention his wierd wierd series Paranoia Agent.

He was certainly a unique director, it's a great loss for the Japanese animation industy.
