From my experiences, yes. yes they do.

I know he has used EXACTLY the same voice in:
  • Rikimaru from tenchu on the wii/PSP, sorry can't remember name.
  • War from Darksiders.
  • Seth from Streetfighter 4.
  • Other countless anime.


And its all the same voice. Although different to that one. I guess its the voice directors that want that style, but whenever I see/hear his name I cringe now, because the voice he used in the games above were most of the time inappropriate (especially for Rikimaru) and tiring.

Ditto, especially since I don't know what SS looks like here. It does ound a bit like SS from the movie games, which I think I thought was OK.
