I agree with most of these toys, apart from HA Bumblebee which I don't have and Smolder (I believed he was decent looking (both robot mode and fire-vehicle mode) in comparison to Searchlight and Huffer)

Yes I liked Smolder the most of the three actually, but not enough to keep so I sold mine.

I bought Smoulder for $10 at the Parramatta fair and still found him dissapointing, I mean he's not to0 bad but there's realy nothing much about him that appeals to me (I don;t have any other PCC's), compared to the rest of the toys I've picked up this year he's on the dissapointing list, the other toy to make this years list would be my Animated Shockwave (purple) who while an ok design is a floppy mess.

Of course if where going to go back a bit, then the most dissapointing TF in the last couple of years for me was ROTF Deluxe Ravage, nothing Deluxe about this toy, crappy altmode, lame gimmick which limits it's articulation. Three strikes it's out.

Mindwipe's probably my favourite of the ROTF voyagers!
What didn't you like about him?

I was very impressed with G2 Megatron. It's the only electronics dominated TF toy that is actually fun to play with.

Love the reloading missiles, it was freaking awesome with sounds that were actually realistic! It's been freaking almost 20 years since and modern toys still work on the generic 'beep' 'beep'.

I thought G2 Megatron is awesome too, even though i don't own the figure but I have played with a headless one at a Toy Fair before and have viewed several Youtube Videos. The ridiculous colours and mean design of the tank reflects Megatron's personality well too - he's a mean crazy-ass Tformer fo' sure.

As for ROTF Mindwipe, I have mixed feelings about this toy too. I payed full price for this toy when it first hit the shelves at K-Mart.

What I do like about this figure is that the robot-mode does portray a deadly-winged assassin character and the slick mid-Earth/Cybertronian stealth jet.

The negatives about this figure is that for a Voyager figure that's worth 2 deluxes the transformation is so simple, though it's something others may not find a negative I consider it so because the easier to transform-the less time spent playing however this could also be good as the easier to transform-the more likely to be played with again. However for his price, I'm leaning towards the former. Also what's with his daggers that protrude on the inferior aspect of his wrist? I know it's kind of like a homage to old horror slasher flicks but imagine if this guy missed swiping at his target and stabbed himself instead? lol

Well, that's enough about Mindwipe for me.

On another dissapointed TF purchase, I'm going to add PCC Sledge, his robot mode is decent but his alt-mode is... ...so ugly, and it's not the type of ugly that's funny like G1 Skullcruncher, it's the ugly like MAN YOU'RE ONE UGLY MOTHERF&&*!#&

I wish Mindwipe's daggers could be detached as regular weapons instead of being a permanent attachment. It also means you can't reposition them either. As much of a tribute it is to slasher films, it's not the practical way to hold a knife. Most proper knife fighters will hold the knife blade up, like this.

But I bet if HasTak repainted this mould as Hellbat and made it exclusive, collectors would be jumping all over it like ants on honey.
