That link is a testimony to the wondrous quality and customer service that is Lego. Hasbro could learn a lot.

In my years of LEGO buying, I've only had to use this service once. I bought a Collector's Edition AT-ST and noticed four small but essential parts were missing.
I emailed LEGO, they didn't even ask for a receipt. Just got my address and next day the parts were in the mail! Incredible.
I've done it three times now. Quick, easy and no fuss.
