I think that is almost certain since Hasbro has mentioned that they now make the molds with repaints in mind so they make two heads for each mold.

Wreck-Gar looks phenominal! I wonder if the lower wheel comes off to be used as a shield...I can see a peg on his left arm but that's on the inside which wouldn't be right. Hmm, maybe it can be clipped on the other arm. Looking bloody brilliant though, much better than the Animated offering which I thought was pretty average.

Yeah a repaint of Wreckgar with a new head as a Junkion would undoubtedly sell pretty well, even Hasbro should know that.
