I've noticed K-Mart's new mgmt seems to be lagging behind. They're supposed to be wanting to lift the retailer out of its woes. Not moving w/ Myers/Target etc. is a bad move. Myers is a major department store that is further up the chain that K-Mart yet is offering lower prices now. That's just abysmal.

But I guess the benefit is that they do more regularly have sales than the other places hence maybe why they charge more.

I spoke to the dude in charge of toys at one particular Kmart today - asking him if they had any Animated figs, and he just said (rather inquisitively and urgently) "Is that a new line is it???" He was also shocked to learn that some of the other local Kmarts had them already (I bought Bumblebee from another Kmart 2 days ago).

Perhaps they'll get them just in time for their sale...

they had first wave voyagers at kmart Batemans bay for$46.95.....
and i had a sneak peak at the toy sale catalogue which start next week and they will have the 2 pack for like $37 or something.

I went back to the same K-Mart I found the 2-pack at yesterday & today... they had been taken off the shelves again. What the?

i saw heaps of animated toys today..feels like heaven.
can't wait till next week to see what's more and the sale price...

I was out at Chadstone today.
Only K-mart had Animated stuff.
All of Wave 1 Voyagers, and I saw a couple of Bumblebees and Prowls. Nothing special.

I saw pretty much of what Soundwarp has above at toyworld today. I didn't see the voyagers though as I didn't really look too hard. I'm not too interested in the toys for this line atm anyway. I'm only going to get a very select few, and those arn't out yet.
