Seriously...

1. Make a thread for your spare Scalpel and his world tour.
2. Take the spare Scalpel to some landmark in Perth and photograph it there.
3. Post the photograph on the thread.
4. Mail Scalpel to someone else in a different state or territory and have that person photograph the same Scalpel toy at a landmark in their city/town.
5. Have that picture posted on the thread.
6. Repeat until the Scalpel toy has been sent to and photographed at least every state and territory in Australia.
7. Go global.

Imagine seeing your same Scalpel toy in places like London, Tokyo, Paris, New York, Hong Kong, Lilongwe etc.!
