Does anyone know where I can get hobby spray paints and top coat for cheap in melbourne?

I have a perfect grade strike gundam with aisle strike that I want to work up to. Its just sitting there waiting to be built!! So little time...

Also, how do you know which are dry transfers and just decal stickers on the sheet?
