It's a quarterly event held at the Leisurelife Park Recreation Centre in East Victoria Park. And it is awesuuuum.
Best thing about the location is if someone gets to the best goodies before you, there's a punching bag to take out your frustration at the adjacent gym.

It may as well be on Mars because there's no such thing as East Victoria Park in Victoria.
