I think it looks hideously cheap. I hope TT give it some more bling, as it needs something.

I'll echo it again: Hasbro doesn't really see a difference between the two lines and will happily use the Non-Generations line to honor G1 characters. This is made evident with not just this upcoming release, but the fact that Jazz and Turbo Tracks are also RtS.

I will probably wait for the Japanese version on this one.

I was hoping that Hasbro would improve the quality of their toys as the Generation figures were mostly of pretty decent quality in their paint finishes such as Thrust. Now it seems more hit and miss in that regard as some figures look decent while others look really cheap and that's not just in this line but in general.

I believe Generations is effectively over. From what I understand, Generations was just a way for them to get more Deluxe class toys on shelves when they had A LOT of toys early in the 2010 Transformers lines. Probably not enough space in the assortments of just one toyline.

I'd just treat this like Universe, but with Movie guys included.

It would be funny if you renamed the "Grapple's Creative Stuff and Collections" section - well if no one noticed :P

Also how Seaspray is part of the 'Hunt for the Decepticons' line, with a bio placing him in movie-verse, despite Hasbro saying he is intended as a Classics character.

Yep, very hard to someone like myself who has only been collecting Classics/Universe 2.0/Henkei/Generations sealed as well as open to decide what I actually collect to keep in the sealed collection

According to Grappel, it's in his crane - he keeps telling fembots that they just need to continue rubbing it until it 'reveals his allegiance'.

(It's actually on the left-hand side of his cab - the opposite side to the one shown in that photo.)

I have trouble with waves. In the Illawarra we usually only get one or two new toys and are generally behind anyway.

I love the Grapple though. He'll look good next to Inferno on my Classics shelf no matter the line.
