Here's the now-infamous G1 oversized Soundwave.

Ohh-er, seems the images are a bit oversized too. Ah well. That just means you get more detail. Here's the backing card, and like many KO's, it claims to be the combination of 5 figures. Sure fooled the seller.

Looks pretty big, especially when compared to WFC Soundwave's box. Not bad for $10, as opposed to WFC's $25.

Freedom at last!

Here's Ravage in tape mode, complete with his reissue stickers. Now he's ready to reveal the weaknesses of any Fortress Maximus reissues or KO's.

Robot mode. Good luck posing his kitty, and you'll see why later if you already have not.

Release: Complete. Weight: Light.

Articulation: Average.

And here are his weapo-hey! Doesn't one look a tad bigger than the other?

Why yes it does! If you find his tip annoying, it can be removed with your fingernails. This is advised highly, as such a modification will be vital later.

And before you ask, both do extend out. No launcher though.

Here's Laserbeak! Sorry Buzzsaw fans.

Robot mode. Once again, no change in articulation.

Weapons now added.

Alongside his original. Please not that original Laserbeak is the smaller one.

And back to Ravage in tape mode with accessories.

Look close. See that his rear leg is bent out? That helps to pose him, but can damage Soundwave's door.

Another shot, just to clarify his damage. Just a reminder that he came like this.

Robot mode again. Still have not figured it out yet? Well, the problem is that he's got NO feet. Amazingly this oversized KO has DEvolved. One might have hoped that with so much figure to work, they might have given a few more features. Wishful thinking, as it makes him even HARDER to pose.

Alongside the original. They're on the left.

'Cos I'm stuck in the middle with you! KO Ravage between his original, and 2008 Universe figure. Gives new meaning to "3 Bodies of Evolution".

Another size comparison. Ravage laughs at your lack of feet.

Soundwave's basic pose, an-WAIT! Is that another cassette in his chest? Could it be... a free extra figure?! Buzzsaw? It's...

...Just a piece of cardboard resembling Ravage. Bummer.

Close-Up time! Notice how Soundwave has red eyes, but they're not placed on his eye mold. They've been shifted lower.

Next to original Soundwave (or reissue if you're going to be like that). He's not THAT big in comparison.

Nope, it's not worth over $140 U.S. Dollars. Tag-Team. Can't have a shot without Laserbeak perched on their shoulders.

And before I forget, here is a size comparison of Laserbeak's. Note how the bigger KO has a deeper shade of red on their back.

Yes, his door can open, but is void of a proper spring. It will only spring open when both figures are inside.

Remember when I said that Soundwave's red tip should be removed? Here's why. It won't fit in his back.

Ah, finally got them in. Now to slide his cover on.

Look carefully at the bottom. No matter how hard you try, the cover will NOT fit. Ever. Further attempts will surely break the figure.

And proof that I'm not bluffing. Check out his bulging cannons.

Though original Soundwave's cannons fit perfectly.

Tape Player mode. How iconic! Transformation is identical.

Wait! Notice how his foot is just too narrow to lock into place? Don't fret.

Loosen the screw on his foot (same place as the original) and it should fit perfectly without loosening the joint.

More size comparisons. Party!

Just because he's MP sized, doesn't mean he's big enough to challenge MP Optimus. Uh-Oh!

Though you CAN reenact the fight between him and Soundwave perfectly in 'Auto-Bop'. FIIIIIIIIGHT!

And there you have it.
