If your still after the PCC last wave 2 packs ( Undertow et al) try your local Woolies. Ive searched for them as well and didnt find any in the 3 major sellers ( BIgW, KMart, Target) but they are amusingly there at Wollies - toy section about $12 + each though... Hope this helps.

I've tried all the biggest Woolies chains (most of them within driving distance) in SA, only Wave 2 figures
