Classics diaclone Sunstreaker/Spinout
Normally this would be a simple head swap but things aren't that simple in Snaketales land....
Sideswipe's arms and thighs had gone to Red Alert, and Sunstreaker's head has gone to Breakdown. Luckily I had kept Streaker's head wings and repainting the head back to normal was easy enough.
Sideswipe's new arms had a white shoulder, red elbow and grey forearms. I thought painting them all grey would be easiest but it looked really bland. Then I tried spraypainting white but the paint went all cracked like a dried river bed. So I bought enamel paint and hand-painted the sucker. I know the arms technically aren't the right colour (his shoulders should be red) but I had trouble colour-matching the red.
So an easy custom done the hard way.
I need to do something with the licence plate.....
