I bought the RTS Cyclonus and Rodimus 2 pack and the Wave 1 RTS deluxes from a US eBay seller a few weeks ago.

The day after I ordered them the 2 pack appeared at Target. They arrived this morning, and a few hours later Jazz and Tracks appear at Toyworld.

It's funny how these things work out!
