I think they are kitbashes. The trailer has parts from Energon Optimus Prime (stands, aerial, etc.) Note also the redeco RID Optimus Prime under the trailer.

The top one is the prototype for BT Meister featuring Porsche Boxter. Neither Volkswagon or Porsche want to be affiliated with war machines (Porsche owns 18% of Volkswagon).

I don't know who/what those other molds are.

TAKARA truely baffles me sometimes... ok, most of the time. Why bring in Shioji Kawamori to "fix" up Masterpiece Starscream when his talents could have been better used to make a decent looking A-10 Transformer?! Even Jizaitoys made a better looking A-10 than Hastak.
