    Question

Was there a variant between thrust hands? One with two clips and one with one clip? Or do I own the reissue hands?

Picked up the ROTF Sideswipe & Megatron Legends today... I have very mixed feelings!

Sideswipe is excellent tbh, but Megatron is a huge FAIL! Even at $7 he is a massive rip-off and I would NOT recommend him! For starters - the plastic his legs are made from is so brittle it actually broke as part of his first ever transformation! Yes, that's right... AS PART OF HIS FRIGGIN TRANSFORMATION!!!

I mean, surely the designers/manufacturers would release that his legs HAVE to be moved in order to transform him... so why make it from stuff that can't take it?! Not to mention the stress marks... Grrr!

And of top of that, he doesn't even stand properly anyway cos he's poorly balanced! Don't buy this figure - it's CRAP!

That does it... with this and everything else... I'm over ROTF now!

Single tab black seeker fists are from earlier releases of Thundercracker. Thrust, Ramjet & Dirge were released with double sided tabs

Picked up some Autobot symbol tyre valve caps. Only come in packs of 4 though so none for the spare tyre :-( Comes with a keyring though.
For some reason they don't make them with the Decepticon faction symbol. Pity because I was going to rebadge my car with the available Decepticon badges but seeing as that wouldn't match the valve covers I won't be. I could rebadge it as an Autobot but my car looks more a Decepticon than Autobot

Sorry to hear about your experience with Legends Megatron. I just transformed mine once and then left him in his alt mode. I think his tank mode is still worth it as it's the most screen accurate and has the nice premium paint but otherwise it's not the best. His arms remind me of those creatures from Dead Space.

My Legends Megatron seems fine. It's a difficult toy to engineer because of the way the movie model is made; particularly with Paramount's resistance against giving him an EARTH MODE. (-_-)

    Thanks mate

Yeah, that's the thing... I actually think he looks great, but he should be able to support being transformed more than once... afterall, isn't that what Transformers are designed to do??!
