FT-03 Shockwave
From the thread on TFW, looks like fanstoys next attempt will be a masterpiece scaled G1 Shockwave. From thread discussion they are looking at a February release and a total of $150 (including shipping)
That's a pretty good price for a MP scaled TF. Hopefully the quality is up there because they will make a lot of people very happy if it's good!
Seems as though they have kept this quiet for fear that Takara would jump them again.
