Takaratomy mall is having a limited reissue run of some of the Legends figures.
Characters are:

Scheduled to be released late February 2018

Ordering time from 7/7 12pm until the 25/7 1 PM Japan time.

They've limited the amount to 3 per person. So looks like no mass release plan and appears to be TT mall only. You'll need a TT mall account and mail forwarder for this. If orders aren't enough they'll cancel the run.

I'd say they could probably do a general release of most of the figures, especially the HMs with no troubles....

Wouldn't surprise me to see a re-run hit Hong-Kong, knowing how many TT mall specials end up being rather available in HK.
