Another BotCon toy? If so, who is it?
Found from one of the usual Asian sources, an oddly coloured Cybertron/Anniversary Beast Wars Megatron toy in a BotCon baggie.

And if it is a homage to an existing character, who could possibly match those colours. A Gen2 version of a character that was never released in Gen2 perhaps? It has such a hideous colour scheme, the character and story behind it had better be something awesome to make up for it.

It looks like homage to Beast-Bot from the Go-Bots line (the recent Hasbro one, not the old Tonka one).

I was going to say G2 Grimlock but then the other colours on that mystery figure throw that idea well out of the park.
