I'm part of the IT support team for Queensland TAFE, so basically I receive calls from middle aged women who describe their computer problems as a cryptic riddle that must be deciphered through guesswork and crystal ball gazing.

I actually don't mind the work when it feels manageable but when you have to take non-stop calls while replying to emails and managing several other things simultaneously my quad-core brain sometimes struggles to multitask.

I chose this path as I didn't want to go to Uni for the sake of it (didn't know what I wanted to do at the time), it pays a decent salary for a starting job & I know a bit about solving computer problems.

Ultimately, I'm looking at studying occupational therapy at University at some point down the track. I get great satisfaction from helping people and this path would be a lot more fulfilling that simply fixing someones broken PC or printer!

In terms of other hobbies, I enjoy keeping fit and go to the gym 3 times a week (I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine), am into eccentric electronic music (currently into Claro Electro, Milosh & Dopplereffekt - Hyperelliptic Surfaces SO should have been the theme song for Terminator 4) and would like to get a midi keyboard and make some tunes myself one day. I'm also a keen video gamer and am madly in love with the Silent Hill series & anything from Team Ico. Oh, and I'm also big psychological thriller/horror & 80's/90's action movie fan. Some faves include John Carpenter's: The Thing, Tango & Cash, anything from David Lynch. I watch some anime but think 90% of it is garbage. Really love the stuff from Satoshi Kon & Yoshitoshi ABe inparticular though. I played outdoor and indoor cricket for 7 years and would like to start indoor again at some point, although I need to make some friends here first (have recently moved to Brisbane from Canberra). Over and out!

Up until not long ago i was working as an associate business banker for the commonwealth bank. It was good money but i quit because i absolutely hated it. Im finishing off my degree in accounting (just waiting for results atm so i can graduate in a couple of months).

I work as a bar tender on weekends good choice as i use it as my rebound job, i had a job interview at macquarie bank yesterday got a good feeling about it. Fingers crossed i get the job so i can buy alot more toys and have most of my weekends off again.

During my spare time i like to brainwash my g.f into loving transformers, aswell as doing normal things someone my age likes doing such as going out, food, buying clothes, going out for drinks.

    so thats my answer

I'm a delivery driver for a local fruit wholesaler. Start work at 4am, finish at 2:30pm. No i don't realy like it. The people i work with are great, except for the bosses 2 lazy sons who walk around like they're $h!t don't stink. I get lots of free food and drinks from the cafe's/restaurants i deliver to. That, and perving on early morning joggers and sexy business women are probably the best things about my job. I only do it to pay the bills, feed the kids, etc. Working that is, not perving. Currently in negotiations with the boss about my pay, as they've been under-paying me and haven't paid me for expenses, e.g. mobile phone for work. So hopefully things will start to go my way. Otherwise i'll drive down the freeway with my van doors open and leave a trail of fruit salad along the tarmac.

In my spare time i'm usuablly hanging out with my kids, watching movies, downloading movies (both types), playing my XBox 360, doing housework, arguing with the wife, and if i'm really lucky i'll escape to the beach for a surf. And if i'm unlucky i'll return home to argue with the wife.

What do i see for the future? Hopefully a Powerball win, or someone to feel sorry for me and donate some money or a house. I don't look too far into the future. I take each day as it comes, and my main focus in life are my 2 daughters, and worrying about that smell coming from the bathroom. Oh wait, that's my missus.

I'm currently studying a Dip Ed and in the meantime work a pretty dull job in data entry - pays for stuff at the end of the day! I love the course, teaching is great. Gok, if you're reading this, you're a teacher aren't you? The aim is to teach for a minimum of ten years before deciding if I wish to move into the administrative side of things or continue duke it out in the classroom. I also want to get the time to write some music and get a few demos or proper releases out if all goes well.

I do information systems at La Trobe and just this week lined up a job at NABs big office building thingy in the city next year so fingers crossed I pass uni and I've got my next year and a half sorted haha

I also work casual at a reasonably quiet BWS attached to a pub, getting hit on by drunk ladies which provides great amusement and something to do after I knock off
