    Yes. The Xbox Live store generally does not take down downloadable game contents as they don't take up physical store shelves. The downloadable contents for the 2007 Movie 1 game are still available.

    Some of the free contents (video previews, trailers, video coverage of events) do get taken down from time to time though.

    I hired the PS3 version, pretty bad. As much as I love TF's beating up the sames drones and doing the same basic missions as each side gets annoying real quick. At least the online was ok, but being in Aus means lots of lag and that can frustrating as well. If you want this game you should really hire or borrow it before you buy.

    Soundwave looks to be coloured like the redeco from the Nemesis box-set.

    But, Current Speculation that i have been reading is suggesting consoles only

    and i think they were quoting someone with some involvement with the game (unsure if he is or not, but seems to say things that suggest it ) who is posting on TFW2005...
