Yes, for the prototype (and the unused backing cards and transparency artwork.) But also - it's Treadshot! He likes guns, has a cat who transforms into his gun and he used to transform into a gun. Guns! (He was almost certainly based on this 357 Magnum Trasformer, from his facial stylings down to his chest barrel, revolver cylinder abs and pistol grip legs:
