Default Wanting to make a sale thread, but need help with values please...

    Hello everyone =o)

I have a few bits 'n' pieces I would like to offer for sale, both TF and non-TF, but tbh I don't have much clue on how much I should offer them for. So if anyone has a good idea on any values of this list, please let me know. I realise some of these items may be more suited to eBay than here, but it never hurts to offer. Some of these I am still deciding if I sell them or not, so this entire list may not end up in the sell thread. They are all above good condition to my knowledge, with an occasional loose joint being the worst issue.

    Thanks in advance guys! =o)

    Movie:
    -Jolt (Figure, Instructions, Backing Card)

    RotF:
-Arcee (Bubble has been carefully cut from Backing Card, but figure has not been removed from the bubble tray. Long story, but let's just say, when you get any doubles, don't open your weeks' aquisitions all at once at 3am when you're barely awake)
    -Breakaway (MOSC)
    -Bumblebee (Figure, Instructions, Backing Card)
    -Dune Runner (MOSC)
    -Ice Cream Twins (MOSC)
-Interrogator Barricade (Figure, Instructions, Backing Card)
    -Mudflap ("Mudflap" Plate) (MOSC)
    -Scalpel (MOSC)
    -Scalpel (Figure, Instructions, Backing Card)
    -Sideswipe (Figure, Instructions, Backing Card)
    -Skids ("Skids" Plate) (MOSC)
    -Smokescreen (MOSC)

    Classics:
    -Astrotrain (Figure, Instructions)
    -Starscream (Figure, Instructions)

    Classics 2.0:
-Prowl (Figure, Instructions, Backing Card) (Not pictured)

    Alternators:
-Smokescreen (#8) (Figure, Instructions, Box (no bubble))
-Sideswipe (Figure, Instructions, Box (no bubble))

    Binaltech:
-Streak (Complete/Boxed, only displayed, transformed twice)

    Misc:
    -Movie Keychain - Optimus Prime
-McDonald's Animated - Optimus Prime (Not pictured)
-McDonald's Animated - Megatron (Not pictured)
-McDonald's Animated - Bumblebee (Not pictured)
-Punch n Pop - Optimus Prime
    -Punch n Pop - Megatron
    -Pop Head - Optimus Prime
    -Pop Head - Megatron

GI Joe: (only missing accessory is 1x Kunai)
    -Duke
    -Snake Eyes
    -Storm Shadow

I collected Joes in the mid 90's with the Ninja Force series, then stopped after having all of them stolen by a "friend". So even though I bought these guys about 3-4 years ago, I don't really know about series etc, any clues?

Star Trek Micro Machines: (All Loose with Display Stands)
    -Borg Cube
    -USS Enterprise C
    -USS Enterprise D
    -USS Excelsior
    -USS Enterprise B
    -Deep Space Nine
    -Bird of Prey (Variant 1)
    -Bird of Prey (Variant 2)
    -Vor'cha
    -USS Reliant
    -Shuttle

    -Ferengi
    -Cardassian
    -Scout

Onimusha 2 (McFarlane): (All Factory Sealed)
    -Oyu from Odani
    -Kotaro Fuma
    -Magoichi Saiga
    -Jubei Yagyu
    -Gogandantes

Shrek (McFarlane): (All Sealed on Card, although the cards have edge wear)
    -Dragon Battlin' Shrek
    -Shrek (Variant 1)
    -Shrek (Variant 2)
    -Donkey
    -Lord Farquaad
    -Princess Fiona

    Lara Croft: Tomb Raider (Playmates):
-Lara Croft in Motorcycle Gear (MOSC)
-Lara Croft in Siberia Gear (MOSC)

That's it for now guys, any help is appreciated, cause the missus wants these gone before I spend money on other things =oP

Hmm... here's just my $0.02 worth:

    ROTF
Scouts - can be had for as low as $12.88 at retail
Deluxe - can be had for as low as $24.88 at retail

So bear those prices in mind when setting your prices (remember that buyers still have to factor in postage too).

A specific character may not necessarily be available at the above prices, but most stores now price match anyway.

As for the Classics, I think the following are reasonable prices for loose figures:

    Classics 1.0 - Up to $15
    Classics 2.0 - Up to $20

Alternators & Binaltech, probably $40 to $50 for Alts & $60 for Binaltech.

I don't collect any of the other stuff, so can't help you on those unfortunately.

    Good luck with it!

I would normally agree that 1.0 is worth more than 2.0, but look at the characters that are being potentially listed for sale.

Starscream 2.0 is a better mold than 1.0 and is more G1 accurate (so one would assume that it would be more popular & have a higher demand, making 1.0's price lower)

Astrotrain's not even the same colour as his G1 character... someone searching for him would track down the Henkei one (more readily available too! - I know I went specifically looking for the Henkei when trying to get an Astrotrain)

    Anyways, just my opinion

Hehe, for sure =o) I'll put your name on it if I sell.

Thanks for your prices so far guys. I kinda guessed the Non-TF stuff would be a bit obscure to price, but thought it's still worth a go. I'll probably try get the thread kicked off in the next few days.

I don't own either of them so I cant say much about the mold differences but I reckon the 2.0 paint apps, although more G1 accurate, look tacky in comparison to 1.0's which are decent (like most of the classics line)

classics 1.0 screamer is worth more than 2.0
and 1.0 screamer is worth more than 2.0 prowl

looking for other prices, best thing you can do is do a completed listings search on ebay. that should give you an idea about what the current market value of anything you search
