Missing Piece

i purchased one of the new kingdoms kits yesterday (Outpost Attack #7948) and during assembly i discovered there was a piece missing,

is there a way to get the missing piece sent out or should i just stick it back in the box and return it to the store

you can actually call Lego Australia (sydney based)
1800 683 100.

qoute the set number, piece number (in the back of the instruction booklet)
and where you bought it from and they'll have it sent out.

I was actually missing a piece from one of my castle sets as well and I contacted Lego US direct they promptly send my replacement part. And if you're lucky like me the last time - they threw in a free Lego key chain.

And yeah Lego customer services beats Hasbro's to a pulp!
