If you buy from a store in Australia and find bits missing, take it back to the store for an exchange (if they have any left) or a refund if they don't (you can then put it towards importing one). It might be too late for exchanging Wheeljack, but if your TRU still has some Ghost Starscreams, take yours back and see if it isn't too late to exchange it... yes, even if it is just for a little finger. Because if an item is faulty or missing parts, you are entitled to a refund or exchange. (I'm not sure if there are any cut-off periods for faulty items though - so you'd need to check that)

So your Generations Wheeljack didnt have a head?. Coz you just slide the chest up it reveals the head and extends the shoulders... that just sucks... some Kmarts still might have him.

As for refunds and returns with TRU ( for Ghost Starscream ) they honor up to 2 months ( I asked before in my local TRU) just bring the original receipt and all of the packaging stuff.

Pretty good collection in just a few months time! Thanks for sharing your pics . It looks like Black Shadow there is sent in the "naughty corner"

I'm very jelly of your Deluxe Prime Ratchet, Knock Out and Vehicon!! My local stores suck. (I scoured TRU, Myer, Target, David Jones & Kmart searching for them yesterday -- found nuthin' )

Hmm yeah I didn't think I would find them anytime soon locally so I got them ordered from BBTS, now I know that it was a better decision than I initially thought since we only just started getting wave 2, not sure if we will get wave 3 any time soon Plus a bonus was that I got all of wave 2 and 3 + bee for $18 each by ordering together

Yeah I did that too! I've had my Prime Ratchet, Vehicon, Arcee, etc from BBTS for over a month now and still no store sightings here in W.A.

Large pics are the better ones IMO!
From what I can see you've added a whole slew of awesome figures to your collection dude, all rather cool ones too!; I'm really envious of your TF:P collection & especially so of that ROTF Leader Starscream, very impressed!
