If you don't have any prior MP Prime releases, yeah it is a good one to start with.

The Japanese version of this mols is much nicer but very expensive. The Hasbro version is hard to call although it does have a lot of hasbro grey but it may turn out considerably cheaper.

The Japanese version definitely has gorgeous colours, but at nearly double* the cost of what the Hasbro one's slated to sell for here, even with an abundant amount of "Hasblo Grey" I would still consider the Hasbro version to be a fair deal. I can't justify paying for the TakTOM version (esp. when I already have MP01)... but I'm willing to pay $150 for MP10v2.0

    -----------------------------------------------
*MP10 RRP = 23100JPY = $285... that's just for the toy alone; factor in postage and it'd easily cost $300(+).

    RobotKingdom has them for $180.

Don't know how that will reflect on the retail price here, or how much RK has upped the price. Although I remember the Hasbro Grimlock from RK was cheaper than retail here- not sure about Rodimus.

That is still pretty expensive for a Hasbro release..

Interesting, $180AUD is what I paid for MP-10... Nine months ago.
Which brings us to where we are today...

Yeah I can't say that I'll pay $180 for the Hasbro version. That's getting pretty expensive. Considering I already have MP-04.

We still don't know for sure if it'll be released in Oz yet do we??

I think so far we have had all the Hasbro MP releases so I can't see why we wouldn't get this one

ToysRUs have two shipments coming in. One in late September (in stores early October), one in November (in stores for Christmas).

    Price will be AU$150.

Well about a month ago I caved and bought the Jap version couldn't find the hasbro one locally so went for the expensive one and I'm glad that I did. Love the colours on it and the figure itself is absolutely brilliant!! The only complaint I have is the "dead eyes" which I fixed in about 10 mins

    much better now
