It's like when I called ikea for stock availability and they said yes. Drive down to the innaloo store and ask for the stock and says "oh the stock is in the warehouse but not in store " I was like wow!! Do I really need to specify whether is it in the store or warehouse?

Actually is NOT entirely bad news. it simply means we have to wait for the item to be available on shelves before we can place an online order. Though still suck in some ways.
Once again WA always get things last.
VIP code refers to your TRU membership. I have joined but is useless if I don't get the toy. lol
I be checking Innaloo TRU again guys, please update if you have for other areas.

Yeah, I just picked up the VIP thing yesterday myself - will be pleased if I can get any kind of discount.
It would be great if the online amounts haven't been allocated yet rather than them being depleted. Crossing my fingers on that one.

The VIP code works for online purchases, even if you are not a VIP. You can also print out the voucher, and present it to the store when purchasing to get 10% off. Again, not sure if I can pop the codes here. Can someone advise?
